Purpose

We process the details submitted through our quote request form to receive requests, prepare offers and communicate with customers.

Legal basis

Processing is based on steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)) and our legitimate interest in managing customer relationships (Art. 6(1)(f)).

Data processed

Name, email address, phone number, company or organisation, and the event or tour details you provide in the form.

Retention

We keep quote requests for up to two years after the last contact, unless a customer relationship or legal obligation requires longer retention.

Disclosure and processors

We do not sell or share your data for marketing. Data is stored securely with our cloud service provider, used only to run the website and form.

Direct marketing

We do not add form submitters to newsletters or marketing lists without separate consent.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct or delete your data and to object to processing. Send requests to hello@minievents.fi. You may also lodge a complaint with the Finnish Data Protection Ombudsman (tietosuoja.fi).
